The Kelly Foundation
Susan Kelly, Program Director for the Center Pole, is also the founder of the Kelly Foundation, whose mission is to prepare Native American students from reservations for success at competitive institutions of higher learning and to return to their communities as agents of change. Five hundred youths from more than 20 Indian reservations have participated in this mentoring program since 1991.
In 2002, the Kelly Foundation became partners with the Center Pole and now focuses on students from Center Pole’s service area.
